By creating an account or using FeedMe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
FeedMe is a calorie and macro tracking tool with AI-generated meal suggestions. It is not medical or nutritional advice. It's a tool, not a dietitian. If you have specific health conditions, consult a qualified professional before making dietary changes.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, try to reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it in a way that disrupts other users. Don't use it for anything illegal.
6. Content
You own the content you log. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. AI suggestions are generated for you; we don't claim ownership over recipe text.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
