Who we are
FeedMe is operated by Alethium Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact: privacy@feedme.health. For UK GDPR purposes, Alethium Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect
- Account info: email, password hash, first name (optional).
- Profile info: targets (calories, macros), dietary preferences, fasting settings.
- Food logs: everything you log, with timestamps.
- Technical: browser type, IP address (for security), analytics events (see below).
- Payment: handled by our payments partner. We never see your card details.
Why we collect it
- To provide the app (obviously).
- To improve the app (understanding where people get stuck).
- To process your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account.
Where it's stored
On Google Cloud infrastructure in European data centres. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: our payments partner, our email partner, our hosting partner. We don't sell your data, ever.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, or export it. You can do most of this from your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@feedme.health.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. You can opt out in your browser settings. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
